Manoj Kumar

Manoj grew up with nothing but a dream, then spent years in a corporate job trading his time for money while inflation ate his savings. He knew the markets held opportunity, but not how to use them safely. When he finally cracked it, with rule-based, risk-managed systems, he founded OptionPundit in 2006 to teach others the same way.

Is OSF right for me?
When does the next cohort start?
Friday, 23 October 2026, with your first live session on Saturday, 24 October. Enrolment closes on 22 October or when all 20 seats are filled. If a seat is still free, you can join up to 30 October and catch up on Week 1 from the recordings.
I’m new to options, with no finance background. Can I do this?
Yes. Weeks 1 and 2 build the foundations before any strategy is taught, and if you’re comfortable with percentages and a simple spreadsheet, you have all the maths you need. Prefer a gentler first step? Start with the Options Foundation Program.
I’ve started courses before and never finished. Why is this different?
Because you won’t be doing it alone. You move through eight weeks with a cohort of 20, a live session with Manoj every week, a milestone to hit each time and a community that’s open 24/7. And with the Trading Plan Promise, if you complete the work and don’t graduate with your written system, you repeat the next cohort free.
Schedule and time
When are the live sessions?
Weekly live coaching: every Saturday, 10:00 to 11:30 am Singapore time (GMT+8), eight sessions in all.
Live-market sessions: Thursday 12 November and Thursday 3 December, 9:30 to 11:00 pm Singapore time, while the US market is open.
Every session is recorded and ready to replay within 24 hours, wherever you are in the world.
How much time do I need each week?
About two hours: 30 to 60 minutes of recorded lessons, plus the 90-minute Saturday session. Add whatever practice time you choose. It is designed to fit around a full-time job.
What if I miss a session, or life gets busy?
Watch the recording and post your questions in the community, where Manoj, the coaching team and your cohort answer them, usually the same day. If you need to pause altogether, you can move your seat to the next cohort once, at no cost.
Trading and set-up
US markets open late at night in Asia. Will that be a problem?
No. Most of what you learn, including income trades and 5D℠ swing trades, is placed once and managed around your day, not watched all night. Only the two live-market sessions run in US hours, and they are recorded. PP33℠, our intraday system, is there for those who want it.
How much money do I need to start trading?
You begin on a paper-trading account. Your first real-money trade comes in Week 5 and is deliberately small, sized to the risk capital you set in Week 1, so you can start modestly and grow your account as your skill grows.
Which broker and equipment do I need?
Any broker that offers US-listed options. Students in Singapore commonly use Interactive Brokers, moomoo or Tiger Brokers, and in Week 2 we set up your platform and paper account together. A laptop and a stable connection are all you need; lessons and the community also work on your phone.
